The registration fee does not include accommodation charges. The participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for stay in l However, participants requiring accommodation may forward their request to the official conference manager-cum-travel coordinator for marking arrangements on their behalf. The tariffs for accommodation in different categories of hotels are given in the following table. However, economy/budgetary class accommodation in other hotels can also be arranged for Rs 4,000/- to 6,000/- (USD 85-125) per person per night depending on the location and category of hotel.

Accommodation for students: The accommodation for students will be arranged in different hostels and in the nearby guest house at the rate of Rs 600/- per night. The organizing committee will arrange accommodation on this rate for five nights only, i.e. for the nights of 14th – 18th January 2010. The DD of the required amount towards the payment of accommodation charges may be sent along with the registration fees. |
